Ingrédients

  • 2 oeufs
  • 1 tasse de sucre blanc
  • 1/2 tasse beurre ou margarine
  • 1/2 tasse noix de coco
  • 1/2 tasse raisins secs
  • 1/2 tasse noix de grenoble ou pacanes hachées
  • 1 c. à thé vanille
  • 2 c. à thé vinaigre
  • 1 abaisse de pâte brisée non-cuite

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol bien mousser les oeufs, puis incorporer le sucre et le beurre. Ajouter les 5 ingrédients suivants. et remuer. Verser dans la croûte.
  2. Cuire dans le bas du four, à 350*F quelques 40 min, jusqu'à ce que la garniture soit prise.
