Ingrédients

  • 1 c à table margarine
  • 1 tasse pommes pelées, en quartiers
  • 1/4 tasse sucre
  • 1/2 c à thé cannelle (facultatif)
  • 1/2 tasse fromage Fontainebleau

Préparation

  1. Faire fondre la margarine dans une casserole. Faire revenir les pommes 3 à 4 minutes.
  2. Incorporer le sucre, la cannelle et le fromage. Bien mélanger.
  3. N.B. Ne pas faire bouillir
