Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de brocoli en fleurettes blanchi
  • 2 tasses chou-fleurs en bouquets blanchi
  • 1 tomate en dés
  • 1 oignon émincé
  • 2 c à table de vinaigre
  • 2 c à table huile d'olive
  • 1/2 c è thé moutarde de dijon
  • 1 gousse d,ail hachée
  • 1/4 c à thé sel
  • 1/4 c è thé poivre

Préparation

  1. Mélanger le brocoli, le chou-fleur, la tomate et l'oignon. Réserver. Préparer la vinaigrette avec le retse des ingrédients et incorporer aux légumes.
