Ingrédients

  • 1/4 c. à thé cannelle
  • 1/4 c. à thé piment de la Jamaïque (allspice)
  • 1/4 c. à thé clou de girofle
  • 1/4 c. à thé muscade

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un petit bol.

Cook commentary

Donne 1 c. à thé.
Utiliser avec terrines à base de porc ou de foie de canard. Donne le goût de la sauce Da Giovanni avec un peu de sauce piquante. Pour résumer, on mélange en parties égales, pour ce que l'on a besoin.
