Filet de porc à l'orange et gigembre

Ingrédients

  • 3 c à soupe d'huile d'arachide
  • 4 morceaux de filet de porc de 4 pouces de longueur
  • 1 c à soupe de gingembre frais, émincé
  • 2/3 tasse de jus d'orange
  • 1/3 tasse de sirop de mais
  • Graines de sésame, pour saupoudrer

Préparation

  1. Mélanger l'hhuile, gingembre, jus d'orange, sirop de maïs ensemble et badigeonner les filets.
  2. Cuire au four à 400F. 20 minutes. Badigonner à la mi-cuisson et retourner et saupoudrer de graines de sésames.

Quand on dit 4 pouces de longueur; ça veut dire 2 filets de porc, coupé en deux, donne 4 portions.
