Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de jus de pommes
  • 3-1/2 tasses de sucre
  • 1/2 bouteille de certo
  • Quelques gouttes de colorant alimentaire rouge

Préparation

  1. Combiner le jus, le sucre dans un grand chaudron et mettre à feu vif et amener à l'ébullition en remuant constamment.
  2. Ajouter immédiatement le certo amener à ébullition à gros bouillon pendant 1 minute environ puis retirer du feu et écumer. Verser dans des pots stérilisés, chauds et sceller.
