Ingrédients

  • 3-1/2 tasses de jus de canneberges cocktail
  • 2-1/4 oz. (bte) pectine à fruits en poudre
  • 4 tasses de sucre
  • 1/4 tasse de jus de citron

Préparation

  1. Dans un grand chaudron, mélanger le jus de canneberges et la pectine . Amener à l'ébullition et ajouter le sucre immédiatement.
  2. Cuire 2 minutes en brassant constamment retire du feu et ajouter le citron et écumer avec une spatule de caoutchou. Mettre dans des pots stérilisés chauds et sceller
