Ingrédients

  • 1-1/2 tasse de yogourt nature
  • 3 gousses d'ail hachées
  • 3 c. à table de moutarde de Dijon
  • 2 c. à table de vinaigre Ancestral
  • 1/4 de tasse chacun de persil et de basilic frais
  • 1 c. à table chacun de thym, estragon frais et cari
  • sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Laisser mariner l'agneau au réfrigérateur (2 à 6 h).
