Ingrédients

  • 1 litre de vinaigre de vin blanc
  • 3 tiges d'estragon
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de baies roses légèrement écrasées

Préparation

  1. Placez l'estragon et les baies roses dans une bouteille.
  2. Versez le vinaigre (chaud).
  3. Laissez macérer 15 jours ou mieux 1 mois.

Cook commentary

Utilisez ce vinaigre pour les sauces de salade. Utilisez des baies roses lyophilisées et non conservées dans un liquide
