Tarte au caramel 1

Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de cassonade
  • 1 ½ c. à table de farine
  • 1 c. à table de beurre
  • 1 jaune d'oeuf
  • 1 tasse de lait

Préparation

  1. Faire cuire au bain-marie jusqu'à épaississement et verser dans un fond de tarte cuite. Faire une meringue avec le blanc et cuire jusqu'à dorée.
