Ingrédients
- 2 1/2 c. à table de moutarde au miel
- 1 c. à thé de gingembre frais râpé
- 2 c. à table de vinaigre Ancestral
- 1 c. à thé de sauce soya
- 1 gousse d'ail écrasée dans un peu de sel
- 1/2 tasse d'huile d'olive
- 2 c. à thé de ciboulette séchée, poivre
Préparation
- Mélanger les ingrédients (excepté l'huile). Ajouter l'huile en filet, en fouettant jusqu'à consistance lisse.
