Ingrédients

  • 8 tasses d'eau
  • 5 c table de sel
  • 8 tasses de vinaigre blanc
  • 15 gouttes de colorant rouge
  • 20 saucisses de boeuf fumé grosses (loblaw's en vend en sacs)

Préparation

  1. Dans un chaudron sur feu moyen, ajouter l'eau, le sel, le vinaigre et le colorant; amener à ébullition.
  2. Mettre les saucisses entières si vos pots sont grands ou en bout de 1/2 ou 1/3. Verser le vinaigre chaud dans des pots stérilisés, chauds et sceller. Attendre 2 jours avant de consommer
