Rôti de boeuf à l'oignon 1

Ingrédients

  • 2 à 3 livres de rôti de boeuf
  • 1 boîte de 10 onces soupe crème de champignons Campbell's
  • 1 enveloppe soupe à l'oignon
  • 1 tasse oignons hachés
  • 1 tasse eau
  • ½ tasse jus pomme
  • 1 c. à table vinaigre vin rouge
  • 1 feuille de laurier
  • ½ c. à thé thym
  • ½ c. à thé ail en poudre

Préparation

  1. Placer le boeuf dans la rôtissoire.
  2. Mélanger les ingrédients ensemble dans un bol. Verser sur la viande. Couvrir et cuire au four à 325°F jusqu'à tendre, environ 3 à 4 heures.
