Ingrédients

  • 10 g d'échalotes grises hachées
  • 15 g de beurre
  • 60 g de poivron rouge
  • 15 ml de bouillon de volaille
  • 100 ml de crème 35%

Préparation

  1. Faire blondir les échalotes dans le beurre, ajouter le poivron épépiné et émincé, cuire 3 è 4 minutes, à feu modéré.
  2. Ajouter la crème le fond de volaille, réduire pendant 2 minutes, ajouter la crème et laisser cuire 10 minutes. Passer le tout au mélangeur et assaisonner au goût. Laisser refroidir.
