Ingrédients

  • 7-10 grains de poivre noir
  • 4-5 feuilles d'estragon
  • une pincée de piment rouge sec (fort)
  • 3/4 tasse de vinaigre de vin,
  • 1/4 tasse de vinaigre blanc
  • 1 c à thé de sucre

Préparation

  1. Mettre les ingrédients dans un pot Masson. Remplir d'ail des bois et couvrir de vinaigre froid. Ranger au frais, dans le noir au moins 1 mois avant de déguster.
