Ingrédients

  • 12 piments verts doux
  • 12 piments rouges doux
  • 12 oignons moyens
  • 2 tasses de vinaigre (500 ml )ou (1/2 L)
  • 2 tasses de sucre (500 ml )ou (1/2 L)
  • 3 c. à thé de sel (15 ml)

Préparation

  1. Couper tous les légumes, enlever les graines des piments, passer le tout au robot
  2. Mettre dans une casserole avec le vinaigre, le sucre et le sel et laisser bouillir 20 minutes. Mettre dans des pots stérilisés et chauds, bien sceller puis garder au frais.
