Ingrédients

  • 20 concombres
  • 8 à 10 oignons (gros)
  • 1/2 tasse de gros sel
  • 5 tasses de sucre
  • 5 tasses de vinaigre
  • 1 c. à thé de tuméric
  • 1 c. à thé de clou de girofle
  • 1/2 piment rouge (pour la couleur) .

Préparation

  1. Brosser les concombres, les trancher et enlever les graines. Passer à la moulinette avec l'oignon et le piment. Faire tremper concombres, oignons et piment avec le gros sel pendant 4 heures. Egoutter 1 heure.
  2. Faire bouillir tous les ingrédients à gros bouillons, 20 minutes. Verser dans des pots stérilisés et sceller
