Ingrédients

  • 3/4 tasse de vin rouge sec
  • 2 c. à table d'huile végétale
  • 1 c. à table de sauce soya
  • 1 c. à table de cassonade
  • 1 c. à table de moutarde de Dijon
  • 1 gousse d'ail, hachée
  • 3 feuilles de laurier
  • 1 c. à table de grain de poivre noir concassés
  • Sel

Préparation

  1. Laisser marinés les cubes de viandes 24 heures.
