Ingrédients

  • 1 boite d'escargots
  • champignons

Préparation

  1. Bien rincés à l'eau froide les escargots. Enlever la queue d'un champignon et déposer un escargot dans le trou du champignon.
  2. Badigeonner de beurre à l'ail et laisser reposer 3 heures.Mettre au four à 400oF pendant environ 10 minutes. Après la cuisson, remettre du beurre à l'ail.
