Ingrédients

  • 1 abaisse non cuite
  • 6 pêches ou 3 à 4 tasses lorsque tranchées
  • 3/4 tasse de cassonnade ou +
  • 1/4 tasse farine
  • 1/4 c. à thé muscade
  • 3/4 tasse de crème 35%
  • 1/4 tasse amandes tranchées

Préparation

  1. Mêler le sucre, la farine et muscade. Enrober les fruits de ce mélange et verser dans la l'abaisse. Ensuite verser la crème par dessus. Cuire au four à 400F environ 35 minutes. Ajouter les amandes et cuire 5 min de plus et que la pâte soit cuite et dorée.
