Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse + 1 c. à soupe d'eau (70ºF à 80ºF)
  • ¼ tasse de cassonade tassée
  • 2 c. à soupe de beurre ou margarine ramolli
  • ½ c. à thé de sel
  • ¼ c. à thé de bicarbonate de soude
  • 1 ½ tasse de céréales Raisin Bran
  • 2 ¼ tasse de farine à pain
  • 2 ½ c. à thé de levure sèche
  • ½ tasse de raisins secs

Préparation

  1. Placer les 8 premiers ingrédients dans le robot selon l'ordre suggéré par le fabricant. Choisir le réglage BASIC et choisir la croûte désirée (si on peut). Juste avant le dernier pétrissage (signal sonore), ajouter les raisins.
