Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de fèves rouges cuites
  • 4 tasses de riz cuit
  • ¼ de tasse d'oignons hachés
  • ½ tasse de poivrons verts hachés
  • ½ tasse de céleri haché

Ingrédients:Vinaigrette

  • 2 c à table d'huile
  • 2 c à thé de vinaigre
  • ¼ de cuillère à thé de sel
  • 1 pincée de poivre de Cayenne
  • 1 pincée de moutarde sèche

Préparation

  1. Égoutter et rincer les fèves.
  2. Ajouter les autres ingrédients; bien mélanger.

  1. Bien mélanger
  2. Ajouter la vinaigrette.
