Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de mayonnaise
  • 2 cornichons, finement hachés
  • 1 c à soupe de persil frais haché
  • 1 c à thé de ciboulette finement haché
  • 1 c à thé de jus de citron
  • 1 c à thé de jus de limette
  • quelques gouttes de sauce tabasco
  • poivre du moulin

Préparation

  1. Mettre la mayonnaise dans un bol et ajouter le reste des ingrédients. Bien incorporer et rectifier l'assaisonnement. Réfrigérer jusqu'au moment de l'utiliser.
