Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de riz cuit
  • 2 tasses de fromage Montery Jack, râpé
  • 1-1/2 tasse de poulet cuit en dés
  • 1 boîte (12 oz) de lait évaporé
  • 1/2 tasse d'oignon finement haché
  • 2 gros oeufs légèrement battus
  • 1/4 tasse de coriandre hachée finement
  • 2 c. à soupe de beurre fondu

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le four à 350ºF.
  2. Graisser légèrement un plat de 2 litres allant au four.
  3. Combiner le riz, fromage, poulet, lait évaporé, oignon, oeufs, coriandre et beurre dans le plat allant au four. Bien mélanger.
  4. Cuire au four de 45 à 50 minutes.
  5. Assaisonner de sel si désiré.
