Farce traditionnelle

Ingrédients

  • 4 cuillère à soupe beurre (60 ml)
  • 3 oignons moyens hachés finement
  • 1 lb porc haché (454Gr)
  • 1 lb boeuf haché (454Gr)
  • 3 tasses riz cuit
  • 1 ½ tasse champignons frais hachés
  • 1 tasse céleri haché
  • 1 cuillère à soupe fines herbes
  • 2 gousses d´ail hachées finement

Préparation

  1. Dans un grand poêlon, faire fondre le beurre à feu moyen et faire revenir les oignons et l'ail. Ajouter le porc, boeuf et céleri. Laisser cuire 10-15 minutes et égoutter le gras.
  2. Ajouter les autres ingrédients: riz, champignons, fines herbes, sel et poivre. Faire cuire 5 minutes. Laisser refroidir et remplir la dinde avec la farce.
