Ingrédients

  • 12 oeufs cuit durs et écalés
  • 1-1/2 tasse de vinaigre
  • 1/2 tasse d'eau
  • 1 c. thé de sel
  • 1 c. thé d'épices à marinade
  • 1 c. thé de sucre

Préparation

  1. Cuire les oeufs 10 minutes (réserver) Placer tous les ingrédients dans une casserole et faire bouillir 5 minutes. Déposer les oeufs dans pot stérilisé et recouvrir du mélange de vinaigre, fermer et laisser refroidir. Réfrigérer au moins 2 jours avant de s'en servir
