Ingrédients

  • 6 oranges
  • 2 pamplemousses
  • 2 citrons
  • 2 ½ tasses d'eau
  • 5 tasses de sucre

Préparation

  1. Avec un zesteur prélever les zestes de tous les fruits, mettre dans un chaudron avec l'eau et faire mijoter 20 minutes, retirer du feu.
  2. Hacher tous les fruits, les ajouter dans le chaudron avec le sucre, cuire lentement durant 2 heures ou jusqu'à consistance de gelée. Mettre en pots stérilisés
