Pain aux bananes et fraises

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 tasse de graisse
  • 1 tasse de sucre
  • 2 oeufs battus
  • 3 bananes écrasées
  • 1 tasse de fraises coupées
  • 1/2 tasse de noix (facultatif)
  • 2 tasses de farine
  • 1 c. à thé de sel
  • 1 c. à thé de soda
  • 1 c. à thé de vanille

Préparation

  1. Défaire la graisse et le sucre en crème. Ajouter les oeufs battus, ainsi que les bananes et les fraises. Mettre tous les ingrédients secs ensemble.
  2. Ajouter graduellement au mélange de bananes. Bien mêler et verser dans un moule à pain beurré. Cuire à 325 degrés pendant 1 h30.
