Ingrédients

  • 1 lb de filets de goberge, frais ou surgelés
  • 2 c. à table de jus de citron
  • 1/2 tasse de carotte râpée
  • 1/2 tasse de céleri haché fin
  • 1 c. à table d'oignon haché fin
  • 1-2 oeufs cuits durs, hachés
  • 1 c. à thé de moutarde préparée
  • 1/3 de tasse de mayonnaise
  • Pain de blé entier

Préparation

  1. Pocher les filets, égoutter et effeuiller en retirant les arêtes. Asperger de jus de citron. Mélanger avec les carottes, le céleri, l'oignon et les oeufs. Mélanger la moutarde avec la mayonnaise et combiner avec les autres ingrédients.
