Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de poulet cuit
  • 1/2 tasse de céleri
  • 1 échalote
  • 4 olives
  • 4 cornichons
  • sel et poivre
  • 4 c. à table de mayonnaise
  • 12 pains à salade

Préparation

  1. Hacher le poulet au robot, grossièrement
  2. Couper le céleri en dés, hacher l'échalote, les olives et les cornichons. Mêler les légumes au poulet et assaisonner.
  3. Lier la préparation avec la mayonnaise et étendre sur dans les petits pains. Possible d'ajouter de la mayonnaise, au goût
