Salade d'épinards 1

Ingrédients

  • 1 sac d'épinards nettoyés et déchiquetés
  • 2 tasses de fèves germées, nettoyés
  • 1/2 tasse de noix de cajou
  • 1/2 lb de champignons tranchés
  • 1/2 tasse d'huile d'olive
  • 1/2 tasse de sauce soya ou tamari
  • 1/2 c à thé d'ail haché finement
  • sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Mettre les épinards et les fèves germées dans un grand bol à salade.
  2. Ajouter graduellement tous les quatres ingrédients et bien mélanger. Assaisonner au goût. Servir immédiatement.
