Ingrédients

  • 2 c à soupe de beurre
  • 1/4 tasse de fromage Montery ou cheddar, râpé
  • 1/2 tasse de fromage parmesan r^pé
  • 1 lb de penn, cuites
  • 12 tranches de salami, en julienne
  • persil frais haché
  • sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Faire chauffer le beurre dans une grande casserole à feu moyen-doux. Remuer pour empêcher le fromage d'adhérer à la casserole. Ajouter les pennes chaudes
  2. Assaisonner généreusement et bien mêler et continuer la cuisson 2 à 3 minutes à feu doux. Incorporer le salami, garnir de persil. (Servir)
