  • 2 c àsoupe de sauce soya
  • 2 c à soupe de sauce Thériakyi
  • 2 c.à thé de racine de gingembre frais râpé
  • 2 c. à thé d'ail émincé
  • 1/4 c. à thé de flocons de piments rouges
  • 2 c.à soupe de coriandre hachée

Préparation

  1. Mélanger le tout dans un baggie et laisser mariner de 12 a 24 heures
