Peanut Butter Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup BEEHIVE® or CROWN® Golden Corn Syrup 125 mL
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 125 mL
  • 3 tbsp water 45 mL

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan combine corn syrup and peanut butter. Stir over medium heat until melted.
  2. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Serve warm topping over ice cream.
