  • 500 ml Concombres tranchés
  • 500 ml Tomates tranchées
  • 25 ml persil haché
  • 15 ml Ciboulette hachée

Ingrédients:Vinaigrette

  • 125 ml Huile
  • 35 ml Vinaigre
  • 5 ml Sucre
  • 25 ml Oignon haché fin
  • Sel au goût
  • Poivre du moulin (au goût)
  • 6 Feuilles de laitue

Préparation

  1. Dresser un assiette de service. Placer les feuilles de laitue. Décorer l'assiette en les placant; tranches de tomates, tranches de concombres; faire le tour de l'assiette. Arroser de vinaigrette et saupoudrer de persil et de ciboulette

  1. Sauf les feuilles de laitues, persil et ciboulette; mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble.
