Ingrédients

  • 1 morceau d'épaule de porc de 1,4 à 1,8 kilos (3 à 4 lbs)
  • 3 gousses d'ail, émincées
  • 1 oignon haché
  • 1 1/2 tasse de cassonade
  • 1/2 tasse de sauce soya
  • 2 tasses d'eau
  • Sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Cuire le porc à l'autocuiseur, à 6,8 kilos [15 livres] de pression, pendant 50 à 60 minutes.
  2. Refroidir l'autocuiseur sous le robinet d'eau froide pour baisser la pression, avant de l'ouvrir
