Ingrédients

  • 40 gr de blanc de poulet
  • 30 gr de riz
  • 1 grosse carotte râpée
  • 250 ml d'eau
  • 1 petit morceau de beurre
  • 2 cuillère à soupe de jus d'orange

Préparation

  1. Faites dorer le poulet coupé en petits morceaux. Ajoutez-y le riz, les carottes râpées et l'eau. Portez le tout à ébullition, puis laissez cuire à feu doux pendant 20 minutes
  2. Égouttez et posez le tout dans une assiette creuse, mélangez avec le beurre et le jus d'orange. Servez.
