Ingrédients

  • 1 pomme de terre moyenne
  • 1 petite carotte
  • ½ Tasse de lait
  • 50 à 60g filet de merlan ou de morue
  • 2 jaunes d'oeuf
  • 1 pincée persil

Préparation

  1. Laver et peler la pomme de terre et la carotte. Râper et faire cuire les légumes dans le lait (8-10 min)
  2. Chauffer le four à 375°F
  3. Egoutter les légumes cuits Réduire au robot les légumes, le poisson cru, le jaune et le persil Placer dans un plat en pyrex bien beurré. Cuire au four 10-12 min.
