Ingrédients

  • 225 g (8 oz) beurre salé, à température ambiante
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) tomates séchées au soleil, hachées grossièrement
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) pâte de tomate
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) pâte de piments forts (de type Marvini)
  • 1 gousse d'ail, hachée finement

Préparation

  1. Verser tous les ingrédients dans un robot culinaire et mélanger jusqu'à l'obtention de la consistance souhaitée.
