Gratin aux zucchinis

Ingrédients

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 oignon tranché
  • 1 tomate entière tranchée
  • 1 c. à thé d'origan
  • 1 c. à thé de basilic
  • 1 à 2 tasses de sauce tomates
  • 1 tasse de coûtons OU ½ tasse de chapelure
  • ½ tasse de fromage rapé

Préparation

  1. Placer dans un plat allant au four les zucchinis, l'oignon, la tomate, l'origan et le basilic en alternant chaque ingrédient. Ajouter la sauce tomate, suffisamment pour couvrir les légumes.
  2. Préchauffer le four à 350°F. Recouvrir d'un papier d'aluminium et cuire au four pendant 45 minutes. Ajouter les croûtons ou la chapelure et le fromage et placer à nouveau au four à découvert pendant 10 minutes
