Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de riz à grains longs
  • 1 tasse de lait de coco
  • 1 tasse d'eau
  • 1 tasse de fèves rouges, cuites
  • 1 piment chili
  • 2 c. à soupe de sel
  • 1 bouquet de thym frais

Préparation

  1. Mettre tous les ingrédients dans une casserole. Couvrir et cuire en amenant à ébullition. Soulever le couvercle, remuer une fois, remettre le couvercle, réduire le feu et laisser cuire pour 7 minutes. Retirer le thym et le piment fort avant de servir.
