  • 20 choux de Bruxelles
  • 2 c à thé huile d'olive de bonne qualité
  • Au goût gingembre frais râpé

Préparation

  1. Hacher les choux de Bruxelles grossièrement
  2. Peler et raper le gingembre
  3. Faire sauter les choux et l'huile dans un wok Ajouter le gingembre
