Ingrédients

  • 10 fraises
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de framboises
  • 60 ml (1/4 de tasse) de sucre
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de jus de citron

Préparation

  1. Déposer tous les ingrédients dans le contenant d'un mélangeur électrique. Donner quelques impulsions jusqu'à l'obtention d'une consistance homogène.
  2. Si désiré, filtrer le coulis au moyen d'une passoire fine. Se conserve de 3 à 5 jours au frais, dans un contenant hermétique, ou 1 mois au congélateur.
