Ingrédients

  • 1 branche de céleri
  • 1/2 poivron rouge
  • 1/2 poivron jaune
  • 1/2 oignon rouge
  • 1 carotte
  • 1 oignon vert
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) d'huile d'olive
  • 1 citron
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de poulet cuit émincé
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de riz brun cuit
  • 60 ml (4 c. à soupe) de raisins secs
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de persil haché
  • Sel et poivre au goût

Préparation

  1. Tailler les légumes en dés et hacher finement l'échalote. Dans un récipient, mélanger l'huile et le jus du citron. Ajouter tous les ingrédients et mélanger
