Ingrédients

  • 1 oeuf
  • 125 ml de sucre superfin
  • 250 ml de flocons d'avoine
  • 15 ml de beurre fondu
  • 2 ml d'extrait de vanille
  • 2 ml de sel

Préparation

  1. Battre l'oeuf en mousse et ajouter graduellement le sucre, jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit bien mousseux. Ajouter les ingrédients restants.
  2. Sur une plaque à biscuits beurrée, déposer la pâte par cuillerées.(Mettre papier parchemin) Faire cuire au four à 325 °F (165 °C) 15 minutes.
