Ingrédients

  • 1,5 L (6 tasses) de bouillon de légumes
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de curcuma moulu
  • 3 poitrines de poulet, en dés
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) d'orzo
  • 2 carottes, en brunoise
  • 1 branche de céleri, en brunoise
  • Sel et poivre, au goût
  • 80 ml (1/3 tasse) de persil plat

Préparation

  1. Dans une casserole, amener le bouillon à ébullition. Mettre le curcuma. Ajouter tous les autres ingrédients, sauf le persil. Faire cuire 10 minutes, en remuant constamment. Garnir de persil et servir.
