Ingrédients

  • ½ tasse lait de noix du Brésil-citrouille
  • ¼ tasse eau
  • ¾ tasse lait de coco
  • 1 banane fraîche ou congelée
  • 3 c. à soupe comble poudre de lucuma
  • 1 c. à soupe graines de chia entières noires
  • 1 c. à soupe comble vanille moulue ou 1 gousse de vanille entière
  • ½ c. à thé cannelle véritable moulue

Préparation

  1. Mettre tous les ingrédients au mélangeur et dégustez frais!
