Délice de crevettes

Ingrédient

  • 1- 1/2 livre de crevettes
  • 2 c. table de jus de citron
  • 1/2 tasse de beurre fondu
  • 1/2 tasse de chapelure
  • 1 échalote émincée
  • 2 c. table persil
  • 1 c. table parmesan
  • 1 c. table oregan

Préparation

  1. Disposer les crevettes dans une assiette à tarte, les arroser de jus de citron. Saupoudrer du reste des ingrédients à l'aide d'une cuillère. Cuire 15 minutes à four 350F. Ajouter la fromage; griller 3 minutes.

Cook commentary

Décorer de persil et de tranches de citron.
