Ingrédients

  • 125 ml de sauce soya foncée
  • 6 c. à table de mirin
  • 2 c. à table de miel
  • 100 ml de bouillon de volaille
  • graines de sésame

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans une casserole; porter au point d'ébullition sur feu vif et compter 30 sec., le temps de brûler l'alcool. Retirer et laisser refroidir.
