Ingrédients

  • 1 emb. ( 375 g ) boucles moyennes CATELLI®
  • 12 tomates cerises, coupées en quartiers
  • 1 poivron vert, coupé en dés
  • 1/3 tasse ( 75 ml ) oignon rouge, tranché ou haché finement
  • 1/4 tasse ( 50 ml ) persil frais, haché
  • 1 tasse ( 250 ml ) vinaigrette italienne ou aux fines herbes preparée

Préparation

  1. Cuire les boucles selon les instructions figurant sur l'emballage. Égoutter les boucles et les rincer à l'eau froide pour les refroidir; bien égoutter.
  2. Mélanger les boucles, les tomates, le poivron, le fromage, l'oignon, le persil et la vinaigrette; bien mélanger. Couvrir et laisser reposer 30 minutes pour bien marier les saveurs. Remuer doucement avant de servir.
